Are you in a season of struggle and looking for clarity and change? Please know that this journey doesn't have to be taken alone. When alongside a trusted other, healing is possible. Together we can uncover unhelpful patterns, process difficult emotions, and become more deeply connected to ourselves.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in art therapy, and am fluent in both Mandarin and English–sessions can be provided in both languages. Through an trauma-informed, intersectional, and client-centered approach, I support individuals navigating relationships, trauma, acculturation, self worth, anxiety, depression, life transitions, deeper understanding of themselves, and other therapeutic goals.
I believe the therapeutic process is non-linear and there is no one approach or modality for all since we all have unique stories. I will walk alongside you and help find what best suits you while considering your strengths, needs, and goals. This means we will work at your pace and that no two clients’ sessions will look the same.

We don’t have to just talk
As well as talking, we might use artwork, visualisations, meditations, or somatic practices in our sessions. As an art therapist, I believe in the healing power of art. Through painting, sculpting, and other creative outlets, individuals can find new ways to communicate and understand their innermost thoughts. Of course, all of these tools are an invitation. We may not use them all and we will only work in ways which feels right to you.
