Individual Therapy
Once we begin our sessions, we regularly review to make sure you feel you’re getting what you need. Our priority is your wellbeing at all times. Building a basic foundation is important before exploring the harder stuff! To do the hard work effectively and safely, we need to establish a baseline first. Together we work on exploring your support system (including self-care practices and coping skills), identifying personal strength, goals, and dreams; working on emotional regulation, observing how emotions show up in your body, and understanding your window of tolerance. Through guided exploration and evidence-based techniques, we are here to support you in healing past wounds, breaking past cycles, embracing your authentic self, and navigating the journey from surviving through striving.

Art Therapy
Through creativity and play, your thoughts and feelings may emerge with the help of colours, imagery, and movement. We like to think of it as transforming your inner landscape into something that is visible. Having parts of yourself seen and held by another with unconditional acceptance can be a huge part of healing. Art can act as an additional container in our sessions as it holds memories, emotions, unconscious material, and our stories. Together we witness your art with full acceptance and without judgement. In art therapy, we focus on the process, not product. Art materials provided with no extra cost if we work in person, or you can use your own if we work online.
