Lived Experience
Over the past decade, I have experienced the complexities of living, studying, and working abroad independently, starting as a teenager in a foreign country. These experiences have given me profound insight into the challenges and opportunities of adapting to a new environment. I firmly believe that such transitions, while difficult, also offer a chance for you to write your own story, to explore the version of life you love and feel comfortable living in. I’ve walked my own healing journey, so I know it can feel scary, lonely, and exhausting to face these moments by yourself. That’s why I understand how powerful it is to have someone by your side during life’s big transitions. My personal experiences have shaped my passion for counselling and my belief in its power to provide clarity, connection, and support when you need it most.
My style is relational and respectful
I believe we, as human beings, are wired for connection. That’s why the therapeutic relationship is my priority—I want to make sure YOU feel heard, understood, and respected. Even in the hardest and loneliest moments, I believe we still hold the power to choose: to choose understanding, to explore who we truly are, and to move forward. Your inner world matters, and I aim to provide a safe and supportive space for you to engage in this exploration.
I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you explore emotional patterns and strengthen your relationships, whether with others or yourself. For deeper emotional processing, I also use Brainspotting, which is especially effective in addressing trauma and uncovering the resources you already have within you.

I have completed a Honours Bachelors in Social Work and am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (#848473).
